Honey & Loom was born from a very real, very personal struggle — and a gap in the South African market that I simply couldn't ignore.

I'm a mom. Proudly in my mom era. And when I started looking for the kind of quality, premium nursing pillow I kept seeing overseas, I came up empty. I searched high and low across South Africa and found… nothing that came close. That's when I knew something had to change.

My breastfeeding journey with my first baby was hard. She arrived during COVID, and I was navigating those early newborn days with no support, barely anything prepared, and nowhere to go. I couldn't pop out to a shop. I couldn't ask for help in person. I was figuring it out alone — and I felt it.

That experience lit a fire in me. Three babies, countless products, and more hours of breastfeeding than I can count later — I now know exactly what South African moms need.
